About the portrait

What kind of photo should I upload?

Clear, well-lit photos where your pet’s face and expression are visible work best.

That said — don’t overthink it. Send your favourite and we’ll guide you if needed.

Can I include more than one pet?

At the moment, portraits are created for one pet at a time.

If you’d like to include more, just contact us — we’ll be happy to explore options together.

Can I choose the style?

Yes — you select the style when placing your order.

Each one has been carefully curated to ensure the result feels balanced and considered.

Can I request changes?

Absolutely! We always send you the portrait proposal before it goes to print.

You can request small tweaks at that stage so it feels just right.

Will it look exactly like my photo?

Your photo is the starting point — not the final destination.

Each portrait is artistically interpreted to capture personality, character, and warmth rather than replicate every detail.

Timing & Delivery

How long does it take?

Creating your portrait usually takes 2–3 business days.

After approval, it moves into production and shipping.

Timing may vary slightly depending on revisions and location.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after production depending on destination.

Tracking details are sent once your order is on its way.

Where do you ship?

When will I receive my digital portrait?

Digital portraits are delivered via email shortly after approval — no shipping required.

Can I cancel my order?

If work hasn’t started yet, cancellation may be possible.

Do you accept returns?

Because every portrait is custom-made, returns aren’t possible.
