Bestis offers custom-made portrait products created from images provided by customers.

Product descriptions may be modified without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities.
SECTION 3 — ORDERS
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.
Orders are accepted only once:

Because our products are personalized:

Orders cannot be cancelled once production begins

Customers review and approve a preview before printing

Submitted customer images remain property of the customer, but you grant Bestis a limited license to use them solely for order fulfillment and service provision.
SECTION 7 — OPTIONAL TOOLS
Third-party tools may be provided “as available”.
We do not control or warrant these tools and assume no liability for their use.
SECTION 8 — THIRD-PARTY LINKS
We are not responsible for third-party content or websites accessed via links.
Use them at your own risk.
SECTION 9 — RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Bestis uses Shopify to operate the store.
All transactions occur directly between you and Bestis.
Shopify is not responsible for products, delivery, or disputes arising from purchases.
SECTION 10 — PRIVACY
